Workfox - Een eigen wereld op zee |
Een helideck, torenhoge kranen, een bioscoop, slaapaccommodatie voor meer dan honderd man, een sportzaal, werkplaatsen en ziekenhuisfaciliteiten: de jack up rigs van Workfox zijn een wereld op zich. Het bedrijf uit Hoofddorp levert werkeilanden voor de offshore industrie. Deze giganten zijn vooral geschikt voor de zware omstandigheden in de zuidelijke Noordzee. Een productieplatform heeft nauwelijks ruimte voor andere activiteiten dan de core business: het winnen van olie of gas.
