Seafox Contractors BV / Workfox BV
Role As Sales & Business Development Manager you will form part of the commercial & tendering team in Seafox Contractors / Workfox. Seafox owns the vessels/units in the Seafox fleet and Workfox provides the operational management. The Seafox / Workfox jack-ups work in the Oil and Gas industry (Platform IRM, decommissioning, well servicing and testing) and for installation of offshore Windfarms.
The Sales & Business Development Manager reports to the: - Commercial Manager
Sales & Business Development Manager tasks are: - Develop commercial activities - Develop and maintain relations with key personnel within the Client’s organisation - Identify clients and projects of interest to Seafox - Ensure that Seafox is on the tender list - Managing the internal tender process & preparation of the final proposal - Provide input to marketing plan - Represent Seafox Contractors / Workfox at seminars & conferences
Function Requirements: - Bachelor degree - Min 5 years experience oil and gas / wind - 3 to 5 years commercial experience - Pro-active person who takes initiative. - Proven track record in generating new business and developing new key accounts. - Good technical knowledge of offshore oil & gas and offshore wind - Good understanding of tender preparation - Commercial astute - Aware of cost drivers in offshore operations - Strong contractual knowledge is an advantage - Ability to set priorities - Team person - Able to work on own - Driven - Fluent in English and willing to travel.
