Workfox B.V. is the exclusive manager for the Seafox fleet and currently operates five jack-up accommodation platforms. Currently the Seafox 5 is being build in Singapore to arrive in Q3-2012, therefore Workfox is looking for permanent crew members.

Job Requirements:

• A Nautical College degree(MBO/ HBO)
• In possession of a valid certificate of competence in accordance with STCW’95
• 3rd Engineer “All Vessels” – No limitations
• A minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Mechanic, preferably in an offshore or marine environment
• Valid STCW ’95 / Offshore Certificates
• Robust spoken English

Job Tasks:

• The Third Engineer is responsible for that assigned maintenance activities are properly carried out as instructed by the Chief Engineer.
• Maintaining essential services in emergencies.
• Assisting and performing all duties delegated by the Chief Engineer.
• Reporting on used spare parts and advise the Materials Controller timely about stock variations.
• Carrying out watch keeping duties in the engine room.
• Day to day maintenance and repair works on the unit, including the over all house keeping in machinery spaces.
• Scheduled inspections of operating equipment and completion the related job order and check sheets.
• Accurately maintaining the engine room Log Book.
• Submission of job order and check sheets to the Chief Engineer after completion of a job.
• Reporting breakdowns in accordance with the company policies.
