Ballast Nedam Offshore Energy

Last February, Workfox BV, on behalf of Seafox Contractors BV, secured a large Temporary Accommodation Contract with Ballast Nedam.

The modules are installed on the Heavy Lift Vessel the “Svanen”, which is going to place foundations for various offshore windmill farms operated by E.ON in the UK. The accommodation complex comprises accommodation for up to 48 POB (persons on board) along with galley and mess facilities.

After a series of smaller contracts in the renewable energy sector this contract is a first step towards the larger scale projects.
